These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ikonic303.dev and go.ikonic303.dev (the "Site") and our text message program. The Site and program are operated by Unicorn Ventures LLC, doing business as ikonic Development (also known as ikonic303) ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide software engineering, automation, CRM, and related consulting services to businesses. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

3. Intellectual property

What you'll receive: if you check the service consent box on our form, we'll text you replies to your inquiry, call scheduling and appointment reminders, and project updates. If you also check the separate marketing consent box, you'll receive occasional marketing messages, such as new guides, service updates, and offers.
How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box on our inquiry form at go.ikonic303.dev/contact-us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and STOPALL also work.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.

We may change or end the text message program at any time.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our text messages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
